Heirs Pears

My family went there around 9 am on a Tuesday morning, and there was no line. We ordered the breakfast sandwich, heirs pears, smoked salmon omelette, and each type of the waffles (blueberry and strawberry) . The chef Sam was really nice and he made us the waffles which are usually only available on weekends. The food was delicious and the place was very clean with an ample amount of seating. We also ordered their hot chocolate, green tea, decaf latte, and two early grey tea which was delicious. Adding on, Sam has a beautiful voice which kept us entertained. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

We were thrilled to find this place within walking distance of our hotel on a recent visit. Having a celiac kid, it’s awesome when they can order anything off the menu!! We had brunch one morning, then went back the next day to grab a breakfast sandwich to go. Everything tasted great. Waffles and yogurt bowl were big hits. Breakfast sandwich was delicious. The service was lovely - they split our shared breakfast on to two plates, and were otherwise attentive. Easy location if you’re in the downtown area.

We visited at 10:45. I had breakfast. My wife had lunch. We were interested in the all gluten free menu. I had the breakfast named after the restaurant. The heirs pears had poached eggs on GF bread with hollandaise sauce. It had both sausage and bacon. It came with sourdough toast. The dish was very good.

One of the worst restaurants! The chef gets too personal asking questions about your relationship, if you have a boyfriend. That’s disgusting and too unprofessional. He should know how to maintain boundaries!

After a long day of travel had to make a stop at one of my go to places. The chef spoiled us after a few miss haps with our order. Honestly was not a big deal to us, we were pretty hungry and already very happy with our meals. He insisted on making things right. Thank you Chef. Always happy to be at your establishment.

The food was delicious. Nice owners. No need for a TV on for breakfast. Music nice but be considerate that people want to talk.

I really like this place, good music, good stuff, they're so kind. If you speak spanish they can explain to you easily the menu.

We loved our experience. Staff was super friendly, food was great and so happy to have found gluten free options. Thank you!
