Who knew eggs on toast could be elevated so well. Delicious brunch and a great atmosphere!

The customer service is terrible time and time again. I’ve tried both bar and table service. After the first round, no one ever checks on you. The first time I went in, our server never came back after taking our order, not even to check out our tab. Today I sat at the bar & at one point I had to look around because not a single staff member was in view point. I got the bloody mary like I have in the past and it was not even drinkable. I wasn’t even able to ask for a new one or something else because no one was around to check in. Then at the end some other server came up to check us out and when I mentioned the bloody mary he was like “oh sorry about that,” already handing us the handheld for us to pay. We just spent $100 between two people and that’s the service you receive. The company obviously does not care as no one responds to reviews and as they do not care that I won’t be returning, it is worth mentioning for others that experience the same thing.

Super friendly service! Delicious food! I’m so glad we just happened on this place. I would 100% come again. Brussel sprouts were incredible!

3 of my friends and I planned a girls brunch at Hearts because we made that our annual tradition to do so. We’ve had an amazing experience in the past and looked forward to returning. After yesterday I have made the decision to not go back, due to the customer service. We were rushed the minute we sat down. We asked multiple times to wait to order and to hold off on our checks because we wanted to order more snacks and drinks. After we asked to wait our tickets were brought to us immediately and I repeated our request to hold off of paying. The server(s) said it was okay. When he/she/they/them walked away he/she/they/them started staring down our table while talking amongst each other and rolled their eyes. It was incredibly disrespectful and our experience did not represent the Australian culture. We love the atmosphere and we’re expecting to have an easygoing Sunday spending time with friends that haven’t seen each other in months.

Really enjoyed coffee and brunch with friends here. Passes the East Nashville vibe check.

I’m not impressed with the quality of food here, considering the high cost. I think restaurants like this, are comfortable with making low quality foods, because they are in prime location. They think people will come just because of the location. But they are wrong. Im definitely not coming back
