Healthy Soul

I gave this restaurant 1 star, not because the food, the food is delicious but because of the overall customer experience. I live close to 30 minutes away from this place and I can only come on the weekends. Literally every time I come, they're closed...closed for catering closed for whatever the reason is, even though on Google it shows their business as being open. There's a number to call however, whenever I do try to call that number, I can never get a hold of anyone. So it's a waste of my time to drive 30 minutes to this restaurant only to discover that they're closed. This is really disappointing and frustrating because I love their food and had a craving for the veggie fried rice & potstickers. I'm all for supporting black businesses but a lot of them, including this one...lack professionalism. Please do better

The food here isn’t that great and the pricing of it is outrageous I got one bowl and it was $21 and some change. I got the sweet chili lime flavor with salmon and not only do they charge you for the protein but for each step without stating prices. They also put a large piece of salmon on the stove but you only get two small slim portions of it. When I got the bowl it had very slight flavor of sweet chili lime and it was mostly on the salmon. I then looked on the menu to see if it stated that each step was an additional $3 and it does not. For one bowl with no drink or side was $21 and the food was very bland. Do not waist your money and become disappointed like I did.

I really like the food and taste. However I wanted to bring awareness to the owners. The customer service is poor. I’ve visited twice and both times I got the same energy. The lady with orange hair is not friendly. She don't smile and very dry while taking orders. Great customer service brings more customers and business will continue to grow.

I've been wanting to try this spot for a while, so I decided to drop by since I was in the area. The counter service was underwhelming. The woman assisting me was parked on her stool the entire time, picking her nails. As a first-time customer I was trying to figure out the menu which she explained as though it was a bother. I asked a question about the power greens and she seemed equally put-off that I asked a question. They were out of lamb, so I order beef. The food was just okay and the beef was not really tender. Perhaps I didn't order the right combination of things, but I didn't receive much feedback when I asked questions at the counter. I even asked what people like most since they didn't have lamb chops, and was told everything's good. I can deal with okay food for great service, but okay/average food and poor service is not a place I'll return or recommend.

Their food is absolutely AMAZING!!! Every time I come to Indy this will be the spot to hit for me!! Great food and great service and definitely worth it!

I was in Indy for a visit and I googled healthy food restaurants and healthy Soul came up. Me and my husband both ordered a bowl. I had a shrimp bowl with linguine pasta, and my husband had a kale bowl. The food was absolutely amazing. It was the best healthy food I’ve ever had! The only reason I didn’t give the restaurant five stars all the way across because the customer service was poor the lady they prepare the food at the counter was not very friendly and a lot of things i ordered she was out of. Like the berry tea and mushrooms.

One of my most favorite places to eat when I go to Indy, customer service is A1, I feel like family every time I visit. Never had a bad experience food is always on point will be seeing you soon.

If you never had them get you some. Thats all I can say.

Bummed I hadn’t been going to this one more. Absolutely awesome. I got the fried rice with seafood.

1st time eating there the staff was friendly, the food was good. I would've preferred a little more rice with my meal. Parking: The machine is hard to use don't know if transaction processed properly
