Unfortunately had to drop my original five star review down - the shakes a good and filling. The fact that it’s a mystery when they are actually open is horrible. The recording when you call states one thing, the door states another, and neither are reliably correct. We used to come here multiple times a week but haven’t been in for months because how many times can a person drive to a place to find it closed when it’s supposed to be open?

When I went inside, I had no clue what to get/how to order. The owner was working and she was super kind and helpful on what products they had and all the flavors! I got the banana caramel pecan meal replacement shake and it was so good! 10/10 would recommend. Vegetarian options: Most, if not all of the products sold here are vegetarian Dietary restrictions: If you’re looking for something high protein, get a meal replacement shake. They’re so good and the shake had enough protein to hold me over most of the day. Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp outside and all of the shops in the plaza are one story.

Just Herbalife (pyramid scheme) powders marketed as health/nutrition. So not good for you!

Lance is always very energetic and welcoming every morning I come in. He has been so helpful with my weight loss journey and always suggesting shakes that will help with my needs. Great atmosphere hands down!

My first time here was a pretty good experience. The employees are knowledgeable and very friendly. I wasn’t a huge fan of the flavor I got but that’s not anyone’s fault. In terms of being full, I would say that a 16oz held me over pretty well. I’ll definitely be back to find my favorite flavor. Prices are pretty high but that’s to be expected with healthier options lol. This place is a good option if you don’t have much of an appetite or if you’re in a rush and need something quick.

Drinks are always amazing, but the best part is the interactions every time I go in. Jess is the sweetest and always goes above and beyond. Making sure to ask how im doing, make conversation, and even asks about things we talked about during past visits. 10/10 would recommend!
