Headquarters Beercade

I've always had fun whenever I spend time at Headquarters. If you love fun, game/movie reference named drinks, a rotating beer menu and playing old arcade games (the majority being free to play so long as you're eating and drinking), then this is the Beercade for you! Haven't been to any of their trivia nights yet, but would love to one day. Had a blast at their Halloween weekend celebration!

It was my first time there. I went for a night out for my birthday. The games were all nostalgic and they all worked! I loved the drinks at the bar. I had Oreo shots! They were so good! I had more than I expected. I would love to go again!

Was a great time.. some nostalgia with drinks. There is a full bar with alcohol and a good beer selection. What was cool abut the place is the people it brought in. I played arcade games that night with a doctor,a hipster and some smokes from a Bachelorette party.. was an awesome time

Buy a drink or two and play free games. A great place. A little crowded Friday and Saturday nights

When I walked in the bouncer checked my ID and saw that the next day was my birthday and he wished me a happy birthday… that immediately made my night. Then, I went to the bar, told him I don’t drink and just wanted a mocktail… he said “I gotchu”… proceeded to blend some things together and gave me my drink, I gave him my card but he just said “you’re good bro” LETS GOOO. AND THEN I played Pac-Man, misses Pac-Man, pin ball and like 15 other games ALL FOR FREE. This place made my birthday fricking amazing. First time ever in Chicago and they made me feel like I was at home. Thank you.

My experience was not good at all. This was my first time there last and the service was horrible. They sat us by a drafty window where it was cold and our server for the night was not good. We waited extremely long for drinks and food. The food was even cold. The waiter seemed to be bothered that he had to serve us. I paid almost $700 that night and he couldn't even explain the bill to me. I came with a party of 7 ppl and the only good thing was the game. The response from the company to this review was horrible and clearly they have no idea how to display good customer service. Social punch bowl is better go there.
