Kosher Pricey . We ordered beef $60 they brought out lamb $250 . And there excuse was u should have tasted the difference. We ended up spending $520 .

I took the food to go so I can't rate tge atmosphere but the staff were friendly and the food was delicious

I attached a picture of fork and spoons here. The color of them are fading away. The food wasn’t the best. Each stake was 60$. A plate of food for 3 people came to 190. Tip was included. It wasn’t that tasty or good I had better stakes before. The outdoor seating was nice. The waitress came to me and said “all done ? Upon cleaning up plates, that was quick “. I’m not sure if she commenting on my eating speed or she is just joking anyways. If you’re super hungry and need a place to eat, I recommend it so I left 5 star.

Hi, I normally do not write negative reviews. However, I feel the need to because I want to prevent others from getting ill or having a severe allergic reaction. I went to HBK Aventura with my husband. I asked that my food be made gluten free and soy free and then my husband asked again. Then when the food arrived I asked again…was my food made gf and soy free? I was told it was. I started eating my food and asked the waiter if the food was made gf and soy free as requested. The waiter said yes it was made gf and soy free. After taking another bite I told my husband that the good tasted like it had gluten and also had soy in it. We asked another waiter that confirmed that it did. The waiter didn’t even apologize for her mistake. I was treated as if nothing had happened. It was a terrible experience and i was still charged a service free like the service was adequate. I felt ill after and had an allergic reaction. Quariah, please be more careful.

Good food. Awful and shameful customer service. Extremely rude, lazy, unprofessional and disrespectful staff that constantly gets online orders wrong or does not even honour it’s own delivery policy after we have already paid for our order. One time we waited 2hrs for our order until the poor delivery person who was waiting outside went in to inquire about the hold-up and the manager literally said “tell them it’s cancelled.. I don’t have time to do it. restaurant is full”. In reality, He never actually cancelled the order (we were charged fully) and he never notified the driver. He just lied. I had to spend 10 mins on the phone convincing him to prepare the food we paid for! HBK was my favourite Burger place in Florida but in the recent year the customer service is just embarrassing. HBK owner, if you’re reading this (I doubt you do) please be aware that no good lamburger or pulled brisket can compensate for terrible staff that runs your business like a scam. Time for some much needed damage control. Until then, myself, my friends and my family are not coming back.
