I ignored the reviews that there’s hair in their food but today I found one in my bowl had to throw away my bowl :( other location in Richmond is better

so YESTERDAY, I ordered a bowl with a drink, but for some reason things ran a lot differently. 1. while ordering, I had a male employee, he was so unpolite to me which did not make me feel comfortable at all. 2. the meal took a long time to make. it usually doesn't take long for a simple bowl. 3. when I finally got my bowl and drink, everything looked messy. the salmon I ordered with my bowl did NOT look like salmon. It looked diseased and I didn't even enjoy it. there were also some white little things in the food.... I saw the workers scratching his head. I don't know what this is but I can tell they need hairnets in here. and the drink that I ordered? I ordered a hot bubble tea with tapioca, but I got nothing in it. and the drink wasn't even hot. they messed up my order. 4. I'm finally home now, and I feel like I have food poisoning. it was probably those disgusting salmon chunks and dandruff they threw onto the bowl. this place deserves worse than a 1 star.. I might even have to call out work tomorrow because I threw up.

Raw rice, the salmon is not fresh! And I ordered two protein, but only have one kind of it.

My rice is uncooked which is not acceptable also I found a plastic in my bowl!! The salmon smell and taste really bad ! Is not fresh at all!! Very disappointed!!

I have never been to a poke bowl. For my 1st experience it was great. It was similar to Subway but for bowls. There were many choices, I especially liked the zucchini noodles as a base as opposed to a rice. You were able to fill out a sheet to pick all your options and just hand it into the person behind the counter. That way, they knew exactly what you wanted. The price was reasonable. You were able to put on a lot of different toppings for the price. The menu was very clear on what you get charged extra for, so there were no surprises.. there were some tables if you wanted to dine in, but I prefer to take out. The restaurant itself was very clean behind the counter and where the food was looked very clean. The girls behind the counter were pleasant enough. This definitely was a nice healthy option and a different choice for my daily eating routine. Parking: Hylan Shopping Plaza

Very disappointed in service, there was a long hair in my food and the workers don’t even have their hair put away like it should be.
