Havana Dreams Cigar Lounge

I was debating between 2 cigars to smoke at this place and the gentlemen helping me made it plain and simple for me to choose in addition to breaking down some other cigars. I wish I caught his name but I can only assume that all the workers who go in the humidor know their stuff. I enjoyed my cigar and the vibes that night.

The place is really nice. Prices are good. But that hostess Jessy❤️ is the best‼️ She is knowledgeable when it comes to cigars. She keeps checking in on you. The place was full with people watching the NFL playoffs. But everytime we need something she was there to help. Thank you Jessy Parking: Street parking in Queens is what it is

Having been here a few times before, I stopped in recently after work and had a very disappointing and somewhat shocking experience. Sign on the counter says Cash Only-I came in with two of my own sticks and gladly agreed to pay the cutting fee and also ordered 2 glasses of port. I asked “are you still Cash only” to which the young lady behind the bar answered “yes”. I go to the ATM inside the establishment and withdraw cash and pay my amount + tip. I am about halfway thru my first stick when a group of gentlemen walk in and ask “are you cash only?” To which the young lady replies “ no, CARD is fine”. I was so blown away. What about me made her make me use the ATM, BUT let these other guys pay by card? I was so unsettled but didn’t say anything, finished my cigar and left. I vow to never ever set foot in Havana Dreams again. I live on Long Island which has enough reputable and ‘honest’ cigar lounges and I will never allow my hardworking self to be subjected to that kind of treatment again. I also frequent top tier clubs like Carnegie, Merchants, SoHo, and Matadors so this experience really rubbed me the wrong way. Truly disappointed and still kind of puzzled.
