Amazing

I stopped here to cool my mouth after eating some hot chicken. The ice cream is great, both in texture and flavor. The flavor I had was made with Jack Daniels and goo goo pieces. Highly recommend a quick stop.

It was an overall a 360 - 5+ stars for us. We went there for a birthday event. The two staff members were so very hospitable, courteous and professional. I asked for their names to put into this review to provide them due credit directly, but they for some reason thought it was for a critical review. I think they were quite unaware of just how strong of quality they were providing, just goes to show how natural and genuine it was. Thank you again, we will definitely be back for more! Kid-friendliness: They love children here, our children had such a fun and enjoyable time. You go to some places that barely acknowledge a children's presence. They did a little birthday dance and song without even being asked to do so. Such genuine people. It was a very, very special first impression of Hattie Jane's Creamery!

Vegan ice cream was great (both flavors we tried), servers were really friendly, portions are generous!

At least at the location I was at there wasn't a lot of choices. The flavors were very particular but over all I was satisfied with chocolate and vanilla.

Since I was going to have dinner with a friend later that night, I decided my first meal of the day would be dessert. Figured I go with the Bad Blood Parfait and this was beautiful, I even got to pick out the color of the vampire teeth. Easily devoured the cotton candy and whipped cream. Then I slowly made my way down to the brownie bits and sweet mini M&Ms over a few days. I remember the parfait being satisfyingly sweet and crunchy.

Ice cream not very flavorful. It seems like they are using skim or 2% milk because the ice cream just didn't have much flavor. I expected much more given the price. I'm not sure what needs to change but I was hoping for the ice cream to taste more rich and flavorful. I would not go back...

After spending 15 minutes trying to find this place to enjoy this awesome looking milkshake, the employee making it was nice enough to tell me halfway through making it that they were out of hot fudge, so I switched to the only other one on the menu which they had without hot fudge only to find out they didn't have the cookie for that one. The employee didn't even offer a discount or anything.

The good: a “scoop” serving is much bigger than you probably expect. In practice, it’s like 1.5 or 2 scoops. The ice cream is not bad but overpriced. The bad: If you order more than one flavor, all the scoops will be smooshed into one cup so that the different flavors quickly melt into each other while you also probably don’t have easy access to the flavor(s) at the bottom. Also, the flavors aren’t strong enough. Also , the plastic spoon they give you to eat the ice cream is too brittle and the handle may well snap early in your ice cream eating
