I gotta say the service we had last night was some of the best we’ve had in a long time. Refreshing to see people happy at their place of employment. Food was fun and delicious… drinks were on point! In Los Angeles for the day and we are glad we picked hatch for our dinner. Will definitely come again. Thanks!

Poor service over priced and left hungry

Compliments to the chef Adonay, very kind and generous. Made sure my food was deliciously prepared. Service was what keeps me coming here. Manny and Miguel did an excellent job making me feel welcomed. My water glass was filled without asking and service was very attentive with amazing attention to detail. 10/10 make sure to give this place a try!! Every dish was unique and nothing short of delicious!

Really incredible food. The unagi, maitake, and pork belly (in that order) were absolute show stealers. Cocktails were well executed minor riffs on modern classics (e.g. the Tokyo Ghoul is an excellent black Manhattan).
