Hat Creek Burger Company

I drove past this place many times thinking it was nothing special before actually giving it a chance. And I'm so glad I did. The food and beer selection is just OK but the kids run for hours having a great time and to me that is worth it. The prices are great to

They have delicious pancakes, bowls and breakfast tacos. Their burgers are tasty. They have a nice play area with a playscape for the kiddos too. The drive thru can be a little busy during the weekends.

Great burger and the sweet potato fries were awesome!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: Wide ramp to get from parking lot to front door, has a winding waiting line that would be a bit trickier but doable

We've been going here every since our kids could walk! The food has always been great and so has the service. They just recently launched an app for rewards and to be able to order through the app. We just recently used the app for the first time with ease and ordered for pickup. I ordered for pickup and the app said to let them know that I had placed an order online. We ordered while we were in the parking lot to make it easier on ourselves with two toddlers in tow. So just a few minutes later, I went to the front to let them know that I placed an order through the app. The cashier went to check on it and said they were working on it. I told her that we'd be outside by the playscape and I just assumed that I'd either get a text or call when it was ready or they'd yell my name like they do when you normally order...however they didn't contact me and 20 minutes past which definitely was longer than it usually takes when you order at the front counter. So I went to check on my order and they said it had been ready and was bagged in the back. I was slightly upset that I wasn't notified when it was ready and I let the gentleman know that I had informed the cashier that we were by the playscape are and then even more dissapointed when the hot food was actually cold (my salad was the only exception) Anyways, I received a link for a survey feedback with that experience and I told them this information. Well I was actually contacted the next day with a sincere apology and a gift card for our next visit. It was just great to know that they acknowledged my feedback and will work towards this not happening again. So I'd definitely recommend them and we will certainly continue to visit Hat Creek!
