Had an amazing time at Hart Lounges Arabic night last night! Definitely the best Sunday night out in London- the food was good, vibes were great (nice DJ and bongo players), they even had belly dancers. Our servers were super helpful as well . Our highlight of the night was the mentalist Ed -I still have no idea how he knew what i was thinking-Can’t wait to come back soon!

A Disheartening Iftar Experience Last evening, my anticipation for a meaningful Iftar at harts lounge was met with disappointment, underscoring a stark contrast between expectation and reality. As the sun dipped below the horizon, signaling the end of our daylong fast, the spirit of community and reflection inherent to Ramadan was overshadowed by the restaurant's unpreparedness. Upon our arrival, it became immediately apparent that harts lounge was ill-equipped to cater to the needs of those observing Ramadan. Despite advertising a special Iftar menu, the staff seemed oblivious to its existence. Their bewildered expressions when inquired about the Iftar offerings were the first signs of a disorganized evening ahead. The confusion escalated when we were informed of a staggering three-hour wait for our meal. This advice came disconcertingly close to the time of breaking our fast, leaving us in a precarious situation with limited alternatives. The restaurant’s lack of foresight and preparation for one of the busiest times of the year for Muslims was baffling. It was evident that no special arrangements had been made to accommodate the significance of Iftar, a time meant for communal joy and spiritual nourishment. The atmosphere, instead of being one of warmth and anticipation, was fraught with frustration. Patrons, who had expected a serene environment to break their fast and enjoy a meal with family and friends, were left scrambling. The sense of community that typically characterizes Iftar felt diminished, replaced by a collective disappointment. Moreover, the restaurant's last-minute notification was not just a minor oversight but a significant lapse in customer service. It demonstrated a lack of respect for the customs and religious practices of their patrons. For many, Iftar is more than just a meal; it is a deeply spiritual moment that marks the end of a day of fasting and reflection. The restaurant’s failure to recognize and honor this left many feeling undervalued. In conclusion, our experience at harts lounge was a stark reminder of the importance of cultural sensitivity and preparation in the hospitality industry. What should have been a time of joy and celebration was marred by oversight and mismanagement. While the essence of Ramadan is found in patience and forgiveness, it is incumbent upon establishments to respect and adequately prepare for the traditions and needs of their customers. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for [Restaurant Name] to improve their service and awareness of cultural practices, ensuring no other patrons have to endure what we did on what should have been a beautiful evening of reflection and community.

Early January, me and my friend made a reservation to come here. However, we had to cancel it not long after, as we realised the day we chose we couldn’t make it. To make this reservation, The Hart required us to fill in our card details, stating that if we didn’t cancel our booking atleast 24 hours in advance then we would be charged £10 pp if we didn’t show up. (We had cancelled our booking way over 2 weeks before) however, to our surprise, after putting in our card details, straight away The Heart charged us. At this point we just thought it would get refunded after we had dined there, and then once we later cancelled the booking we thought they would refund us in the upcoming days since we had cancelled way in advanced. However, too this day we are yet to be refunded. £20 isn’t a large sum of money but it’s the principle that matters. The Hart Lounge are steeling people’s money, after saying false information when asking for their card details. After numerous messages and emails, we have been ignored, even left on seen on instagram. Disgusting place do not visit.

If you want to go to a shisha lounge to enjoy and relax then this is NOT the place to go to. They have misleading information on the booking system with 2hr stay. It doesn’t mention anywhere so they can drag you there and once u r there they want u to keep ordering then as soon as u get time to enioy ur shisha they bring the bill and tell u to P**** off. AVOID THIS LOUNGE!!!

The worst service ever. Even if you have a reservation they will make you wait up to an hour for your table. Staff are rude and wont be coming here again. Wont recommend this lounge.
