Manager/hostess was terrible. She told us to either leave the drinks we brought from Starbucks up front or leave. Her reasoning was it caused a safety hazard to bring the drinks in due to not having a sealed lid. The restaurant's drinks do not have lids so how is that any safer? The manager was very rude and we left. There are many other great places to eat in Chicago where management is friendly and the food taste's great.
Everything was delicious!!
Bartender Marcello was amazing! He was very welcoming and even made some menu recommendations. Upon almost finishing our drinks he was already there asking if we wanted refills or even something else :)
My fiancé and I enjoyed a beautiful 70 degree day in February here with our dog on their outdoor patio. Their manager Nadia was incredible, setting up a table for us outside since there was limited seating due to the season. She could not have been more accommodating, bringing our pup a water bowl and even treats. We’ve had great times at the other Harry Caray’s in the city but this is by far our favorite location. Nadia’s amazing hospitality along with their great food and the location make for a stellar experience.
The staff are friendly and attentive and help make the experience worthwhile. Most of the food was good worth the cheese curds being the star of the night—just marvelous.
The service was slow. Food was mediocre, especially the appetizer of 5 shrimp for $15 overcooked and dry. My main dish chicken breast was oversalted and the meatloaf was dry.
Sue and I had dinner and dessert at Harry Caray's and Laura-Subo Leticia was our waitress both times, and she and the manager provided outstanding service. Dr. Margot Weinstein
Hostess/Manger is rude.. we are trying to request if the remaining friends who came late can have a table close to us, she started yelling and blaming my friend for making a decision to sit down without the remaining friends..
