My husband and I went this location this evening and had the absolute WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE!!! The order taker was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful to every customer she encountered, and they got our orders wrong in every way. We love Harold's Chicken, but we WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION!!! No should anyone else until they replace the current staff!!!
They have an attitude problem and they’re not professional I’m just saying when u tell someone 2 minutes and after 18 minutes ask u what happened don’t be rude AND MAD FRIST SAID WAITING ON FRIES THEN TENDER !!!!!!! And even if I’m food delivery guy that’s not mean u have to treat us like we nothing BEFORE WE MAKE OUR MONEY WE RUN UR BUSINESS PERIOD ……… so you should thank us The funny part she’s telling me cancel the order lol And the guy inside the kitchen he want jump me lo FUNNY
Rude is an understatement! The young lady taking orders is very rude and should reconsider working with customers! We didn’t ask her to come to work! If she doesn’t like her job maybe she should re-evaluate her career path! Food was not done how I asked. Very unsatisfied with my food will not be coming back!
I have to say their food is good, cooked fresh.
The customer service was a 0, The cashier (young ghetto chick) HORRIBLE. The chicken they fried was recooked hard, dry and NASTY. Although it was 3 degrees outside I hurried up and took the chicken back. I give them 0 stars
It's good for the hood, but the parting, mmmmm, half and half, not good nor bad
