Harold's has fallen off, not as cooked hard enough

A scam don’t go here at all they don’t take cash and you are charge a 4% card fee. Let do the math if every customer that comes in and buy pay a 4% fee is this even legal

Ordered the dark chicken lunch special. The chicken was old like leftovers from the day before and refried, outer skin was tuff and hard to chew. These were different owners from the first time I went there. I have been to some other Harold's chicken shack in the City that was very good. I was glad when I found one near me. This one I will never go to again. I hate that I'll have to go to the city for Harold's chicken.

Got a half white. The wings were good, but the breasts were like rubber

I’ve been coming to this Harold’s for over 10 years and the customer service has been decent. Last few years it has gone down. Now they don’t take cash and charge a service fee to use card, then they mess up your order and don’t refund you the service charge and charge you another service charge on the correct order….. food is good but do better for your customers. Parking: It’s a one way in the lot and people park the wrong way all the time. Kid-friendliness: No tables or chairs. Take out only.

How can they only take credit cards and charge you a service charge of 3.99% because they don’t want to take cash money that doesn’t make any sense
