Black owened. The food is worth the price quality is always been great since it opened up.Customer service always friendly food is always good. I had a slight hiccup with the portion og sauce but it was corrected ASAP

They DO NOT clean their meat!! Look at this gizzard! As you can see, the yellow hard piece that's stuck on the gizzard is still there! Never Again! PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! OVERPRICED AND NASTY

Don't know what the he'll is going on in this place but the cashier is so slow it ridiculous but the food was good and the chicken was fresh my clients Love it

I've never ate from this Harold's before but what I can say it wasn't bad

You walk in and see pictures of Mohammed Ali, Malcom X, Marcus Garvey, Miles Davis, and other heroes and artists. A warm, welcoming atmosphere that serves as a cultural foundation in the community. The food was excellent. My co-workers and I got the 3 wing special with a pop. Chicken was perfectly cooked, and it, along with the fries, had the right amount of mild sauce. A wonderful experience for lunch. I plan on coming again.

Rude customer service, pieces of fish are very tiny not worth the money at all

My daughter went in and ordered for herself, 2 children and me. My small livers was good. If you enjoy livers never order the small. It just won't be enough!! The children would have enjoyed their wings but the hot sauce spilled on some part of them. I'm sure they ate them or some part of them. Anyway maybe they can wrap the sauce in plastic wrap or something in case the top is not on good or it gets jostled off. All in all it tasted very good to me. Next time I'll get the large!!
