Harlowe MXM

I have been to harlowes a hundred & 10 times & never been disappointed. However, this visit in particular was a game changer in the way I view customer service! From security, to waitstaff, to management. I thought I left my car keys there & was almost certain I did. I ended up finding out I left them else where lol. But the security, Emanuel, put me in contact with mangers Sidney & derrik and they both spent atleast 20 minutes in communication looking high & low. The extra steps they took will never be forgotten. Drinks are always good as well as food & the vibes never miss!

I wanted to try harlowe's because of the good reviews I saw on social media and from close friends , but the service and food I received today was a let down. My server charged me twice and added a automatic gratuity for a party of 2 , which was less then I would have given her had she given me the opportunity to tip myself .Also The food was very bland.

Rooftop Vibe is cool, catch a good DJ on a good day. Some DJs are better than most (i think they have different ones) but still a great vibe and atmosphere. Drinks are pretty cool too. I love how it's free to get in, please never change that. You only go up there to pay for your food and drinks if you want them. Plenty of open seating If you get there early enough too.

Would have rather eaten somewhere else. It wasn't that the food was horrible but the blended flavors did not mix well. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly.

This place is a great spot to have a girls night and for couples. The drinks were so on point. The music went with the vibe. Need to fix bathroom door but everything was all good.
