Checked out Harlow on this trip as it was touted a great vegan breakfast by a fellow Google contributor, and they weren't mistaken. I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy w/ veggies and a cup of Portland Fog. I'll make a return visit here the next time I'm in town.

Wow ! You must try this restaurant even if you're not vegetarian ! Their vegetarian "biscuit and gravy" is soooo delicious ! Highly recommend !!! I wish I would live here to eat here every week ! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
