Hardee's

The burgers are burnt crispy on the ends and the fryer oil desperately needs to be changed.

You get NO STARS ! I ordered french sticks and I have no syrup with my order. i have called the restaurant only to be hung up on 3 times . You didn't even pick up the phone to ask me why I was calling. I understand you maybe busy with breakfast , but you can at least pick up and say hold please or something! How am I going to eat french sticks with no syrup!? Won't be ordering again

Food good Took a little while to get it

Considering that their where only 2 employees working, and both the drive through and lobby are open, I have no complaints. Only Compliments to the staff. Especially your griller. He came out, took my order, got it going. Then the counter staff member came and took my payment. Thank you. I've see other fast food places do less with more staff. Great Job!

I love hardees food. Breakfast and lunch. Wish there were more still open. Only go when I'm in the area

People sleep on Hardee’s. So delicious and actually got my order right. Pretty sure they burnt my chicken on my chicken sandwich and it still tastes good!

My expectations. .... must be an automated response! Cause once you walk into this establishment it screams update... don't think a email will change things pretty sure you've received tons of those Ok... as a consumer whom has been spending money with this establishment since the early 90s... only seen renovations once. When we going to get that update?? I would like to eat breakfast here more often like I use to.. But the whole vibe/decor feels like I need to keep my plate cover. Things like that can set the tone for customers attitudes and your employees moral. Also want to add.. This is the last Hardee's left out of 6 that were in the area. It's 4 Chick-fil-A and 4 Wendy's within a 5mile radius... but only 1 Hardee's.... you have days when this place looks deserted.
