Ordered a simple Hashbrowns and Gravy through the Drive Thru. Hashbrowns were Hot Fresh. No fork or spoon for the gravy. Gravy was so watery it was just sausage water, pathetic that they try to charge $1.70 for sausage water. This is the 2nd time I've experienced this at Hardee's. I'm a long time fan of the gravy but I'm done.

I'm just trying to figure out what is this? I asked for a Buffalo wrap, and this is what I received.

Couldn't use the app for the discount on my food I was going to place at 30 plus dollar order. The doors were locked whoever was taking my order I had no interest at all and helping me get the discount I wanted that I was supposed to have earned. So I ended up with two double cheeseburgers and a large fry. They were all cold and I waited approximately 15 minutes in the drive up after the car in front of me had me back up for another 10 one car and I 25 minutes for food you thought they would have cooked waiting that long it was all cold and the fries taste like fish. It's a very sketchy drive up too good place to get murdered! That's how it was

Absolutely garbage hardees. There was apparently 1 employee, the doors were locked, we couldn't get in and no one would let us in. So we went through the drive through.... No one answered.. We said hello about 10 times, finally someone said please hold on. We waited for 20 minutes then drove off... After which we can hear someone screaming at us saying stupid stuff as we drove off. Completely unacceptable. This place is absolutely trash. Just shut it down if you don't want to serve people.
