***Update**** I received the review from the owner. I went to the link filled out info and it's been over a week - still haven't heard Anything! I'm not asking for "free" food or anything. Just don't understand why I was asking the best way to reach me and a time beat for me without a response. Worst customer service EVEN from the store manager. Ordered 2 for $5 sausage and egg biscuit. Wanted to ad cheese and NO Sausage on one of them manager was very rude after saying they can not add cheese or take anything off the biscuit. First off, I managed restaurants and Hardee's in 1990's. Never I have EVER heard not up selling or taking sausage off! That's making more $ so I don't know what she's so worried about following the "rules" I bet if it was her order for her friend, this wouldn't be an issue. Not returning!
