Actual Customer Service still exist .. it was really nice to see

It is literally below freezing and high wind chill in Billings MT this week. Myself and an Associate stepped inside the Hardee's lobby to be out of the wind(and cold). We spoke for a couple of minutes when a very rude Employee approached us and in a very nasty tone voice asked if we would be ordering anything, if not we were loitering. All other Employees were busy cleaning and helping the Drive thru when we arrived. Needless to say we decided to go else where for a drink and/or food and visit. The Customer service of this individual ( who I believe was the Manager or shift Manager was horrible and leaves a very sour taste in one's mouth where Hardee's is concerned. Hardee's corporate office needs to address the Customer service impact with this Horrible Employee.

My food was hot and you can't expect that from a fast food place. Even my fries were fresh!

Top of the line for fast food.

$8 for a small amount of old chicken with seasoning sprinkled on it. All breading was so old it was soggy grease, no crisp. Crime to call this Nashville chicken, and it wasn’t cheap. 0/10, wouldn’t feed to my dogs.

I get that food costs are high, hence the no condiments in our drive thru order that weren't requested, but surely napkins should be a given. Good thing that I keep some in my vehicle. On a more positive the food was hot, tasty and prepared well. Those napkins though
