I occasionally pick up trash in the area of this location out of the kindness of my heart keeping the community clean I threw one trash bag in the trash cans and the employees threw the trash bag on the ground I do not support companies that like to destroy the community that I live in and I suggest others not to support this kind of behavior to this corporation
Placed an order in the lobby at 9am been sitting here til 11 am waiting on my food. The people were rude and people who came in after me got food before I did the bathroom was horrible
Rude I Can only assume was the Manager..02/26/23 Sunday 830am..If u don't like dealing with people don't take a position that requires customer service..She comes off like u are a bother..Will not b back or recommend..PLEASE LET HER KNOW THAT IF THE STORE DOESN'T MAKE MONEY SHE HAS NO JOB!! YOUNGER GIRL WAS NICE N STRICTLY BUSINESS..
Absolutely awful customer service, haven’t been to Hardy’s in a few years for breakfast, took maybe 30 seconds for us to pick what we wanted and we were told, “ if you are on the phone while in the drive through then we needed to leave”. No cars in line behind us. Was rushed and very rude at the window.
Awful service! Order was wrong but as I was trying to check the order I was pushed out by employee stating they already ensured my order was correct. It was completely wrong and they were completely rude.
Got the #11 chicken sandwich, and a hamburger meal. The chicken sandwich was barely edible, it was pretty nasty. Tasted like it had been sitting in grease. My wife ate maybe half of it, we were pretty hungry, lol. Service was SLOW. We were the only dine in customers, and the drive through was not very busy at all. Probably took at least 20 minutes to get our food. It was in the middle of the afternoon, pretty slow time. There appeared to only be two people working. We're usually pretty satisfied with Hardee's. But this was terrible for $21.
