Hard Rock Cafe

We had an altercation with the host. He placed us by the kitchen with a reservation. I said this was unacceptable. He sat us on the “other” side of the kitchen .He was so rude. We asked for a manager ., he placed us in a good spot and even placed utensils as we awaited our server. We then got a backup until our permanent server arrived .. Manager said he’d take care of us. I was confused by the disorganization. The nachos were stone cold -probably because of the “ server change” and my food was rare not medium. I couldn’t challenge, I was exhausted at this point. Cheers to the manager who “took care of us” .,., lol., never again

On Feb 26 I took a day off from my family vacation in Orlando to go to Hard Rock Orlando to see the John Lennon Suite. Lunch was quite good but afterwards my server, Kimberly, escorted me up to the suite (which was closed) to see his artwork, piano, furniture, clothing and handwritten song lyrics. She took time from her job to give me a once in a lifetime experience that I will never forget! Thank you, Kimberly, you will never know how your kindness made my trip to Hard Rock one of the most special days of my life! Even the 80* Florida sun could not keep the thrill chills away! I've been to a couple of Hard Rock Cafes. I enjoy the food and the memorabilia is fun to look at. My chicken Caesar salad was very good and my daughter enjoyed her chicken. Our server was fantastic and lots of fun. We enjoyed our meal and our time here. I'd recommend it if you're at Universal Studios.

First time visit to this location. This Hard Rock Cafe is the largest in the world, according to the gal at the front desk. The service, food and drink were definitely worth the $$$. Our server was very attentive and all the food was well prepared and tasted great. If we make it back to Universal we will definitely stop in!

Great atmosphere and excellent food. and also a place where you can spend hours looking for musical memorabilia from your favorite artists.

Food was not good and did offer to bring another meal but didn't want to try more bad food.
