David was awesome! He and Dave (the assistant GM) made our visit something to remember. David, put Dave on the wall!

Allways fun at a Hard Rock Cafe. Drinks and Food and Live show by Amada Shaw was all awesome. She knows how too make the place Rock.

The whole vibe of the place is amazing and extremely vibrant. Our waitress and the manager were so sweet and friendly. The manager Shaun had amazing stories about his travels with different bands; and you can tell that his job was really a passion for him. Plus our waitress gave us extra jalapenos on the nachos which was awesome. Love the place and the people so we'll definitely be going back.

Had an amazing time. The place was clean beautiful. The staff was amazing. There was a very small incident with my glass and they offered to mail me a new one which they are doing shortly. They are nothing but amazing. Two thumbs up. Awesome amazing

Such a great first time experience. Our server Jag, was the best hands down! He made us feel right at home and educated us a little regarding the French Quarters. And to top it off Shane the Manager was very nice, considerate and tentative to all of our needs. Overall 10 out of 10! Please stop by for the experience with Jag!

Apr 2024 • Family My family and I went here for dinner, on our first night of vacation.. We had Jag as a waiter (I think it was his last day in training)… That man is a NATURAL!!.. SUCH A PEOPLE PERSON!!!.. I love when people treat and talk to you, like they’ve known you for years, all while providing awesome service!!..We ran into him on the street a couple nights after, and he remembered us, joked with us, let us know he was finished with training, and how happy he was!! Thanks Jag!!.. and Thanks Hard Rock, for making the decision to hire him.. Awesome employees, make awesome establishments!!.. Kudos!!! Oh yeah!.. The food was delicious too!.. haha

The hard rock cafe in New Orleans is exactly what I expected, as I have been to the Hard Rock in a number of other cities. The food was pretty good. This hard rock menu also offers a number of New Orleans classics. The atmosphere was cool, they have a stage where they have live music. I would go back and check this place out if I was back in New Orleans.
