Hard Rock Cafe

Me and family drove from Arkansas to see check this place out and loved it! Atmosphere was super laid back and vibe was chill. Really cool memorabilia inside also. I felt like hard rock Cafe deserves 5 stars!

Very good food, service and atmosphere, everything you would expect to experience at a Hard Rock Cafe.

I worked here before during a distressing point of my life. Not to request pity but only to explain. I had not mentally realized everything that was happening as I was still in an area mentally where I was growing and learning. I noticed and heard various things within the atmosphere that should not occur to anyone. - While not including the full dates, an individual that was within an upper management position during the approximate time frame of November 2023 allegedly harassed a minor who is now an adult on various occasion. There were a few instances and odd comments. I’m not going to fully shift the blame on this individual but instead the company who chose to not babysit them even after becoming aware of the first instances. The lack of babysitting caused a domino effect later on. - The food preparation is allegedly not always meeting up to the standards that it should and this is not in the public’s interest. This was informed to me by an individual who has also been there for quite a bit of time. - I suspect that the convicted felons (I wholeheartedly see everyone as human) under this chain may allegedly be used as puppets by the specific people in power in ways not known to them. - the retail associates that are around the early ages of their 20s must be protected including the servers due to reasonable suspicions I suspect It is not in the public’s interest to continuously support an international chain like this unless change is made within the management framework that allows the company to genuinely follow through what its motto is. I do not condone physical intimidation, simply choosing a different location. I also suggest making your own observations before making decisions. Ever since I left, I suspect plenty of experiences were what falls under the definition of retaliation. I will slowly start speaking up about each and every one of these circumstances until the alleged illegal activities and character defamation stops. I suspect anyone and everyone who was involved is no longer safe and is being watching by this restaurant chain. I suspect they have the education and resources to do the same that they did to me to anyone that they deem as a threat. Including the people who thought gossip was their verbal weapon of choice. I was informed by an individual the following: (in a general loose statement) that it may not be in my best interests to seek an attorney as once you do you basically lose your rights. As of right now, I’m unsure who to trust and who not to trust. All I know is I’m going to choose my right to remain silent until I fully process the past and current events and catch up on my own rights. If this review is removed, I suspect it is an infringement to my right of speech. I am more than happy to respond to any responses to this review with any evidence I may or may not have publically on a separate platform.

Food was pretty bad...nachos app was cold and the messi chicken sandwich that is advertised everywhere with a "Milanese" style chicken breast was just their normal buttermilk fried chix.....won't go back
