Went to a different bar first and waited 5 mins without any bartender stopping by. Then I walked down to the Hard Rock and sat down and immediately got great friendly service from Bob! Thanks for the beer and chatting with me. Definitely recommend for a relaxed drink on Duval St.

Great experience here at the Hard Rock, Key West location. My family was especially impressed with the great service we received from our server Selina an Nicole with the assist brining our food to the table altogether. Kim the manager, came to our table randomly to make sure our experience was going smooth, making sure to let us know that there was a "Rock shop" by the outside bar where we could grab some souvenir's before heading out. Thank you all for the AMAZING experience, Top notch service, and friendly atmosphere. Change nothing you guys all ROCK!!!!
