MASSIVE THANK YOU TO OUR WAITER AARON!!!! Lovely guy who made us feel so welcomed. Food aswell was fantastic. We always come here when in Edinburgh and are never disappointed. Always leave a tip to these people because they are all very hard workers and actually put a effort in with customers.

Bought a t-shirt first class service from the lady in the merchandise shop (sorry can't remember her name) This is the 3rd visit here and will be coming back.

Went there recently with the family, was interested in seeing the memorabilia, but the floor plan of the dining room doesn’t really help. Our server was really good (names starts with R, Italian), very personable, quick to any requests, conscious of allergens and good with the kids. The food is inline with other Hard Rock Cafes we’ve been at in PR, NY, ATL, Orlando, etc. Kid-friendliness: Our server particularly was really kind with the kids, making suggestions/providing alternatives.

Awesome place and staff, brought a pint glass from them at the start of the year, flew back to New Zealand and it had cracked. Got in contact with them and they sent one over no problems at all.
