Great pizza, Elizabeth was super friendly and helpful, a little pricey.

Wasn’t overly impressed. We went here because they actually had the dining room open. The pizza was super thin. I like thin crust but this was like paper. If you like that maybe try them. Our cheese bread was burnt. I mean solid black on the bottom. I’m not one to send things back plus we didn’t have the time, so we just tossed it. I felt the pricing was high for the food received. This was a once and done visit. But other people seem to enjoy them. There are a lot of better options out there. We ended up coming home and ordering Little Caesars. That’s sad when this was a “real” pizza place. 2nd review: Moved my two star to a one star. Did a second visit, because we still keep hearing decent reviews mixed with some bad. I should’ve stuck with once and done. The prices are astronomical for the small servings you get. I understand they are supposed to be of higher quality, but taste wise no one in my party thought so. The kids with us were asking to leave to get “tasty pizza”. I had to agree with them.

Tried today for our very first time! The girl that greeted us was very sweet and the guy that brought our food out was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed! The food was delicious! We will definitely be coming back.

Fun atmosphere, quality pie, great service - no complaints! The Feb. special, Gettin' Figgy With It, was quite good, blessed with a captivating and successful plethora of flavors and textures.

I wish I'd tried this place sooner! The pizza was delicious with perfectly cooked crust and generous toppings. Our pickup order was ready in no time, and the service inside was fantastic! They were so kind and welcoming. Excellent choice for a bite in West Knox! Parking: Plenty of spots right out front as well as an entire lot for the shopping center in case it gets full.

What’s not to love about Hard Knox wood fired pizza? Aside from having mouth watering pizza, the owner has a huge heart and gives so much to the Knoxville community. Thank you Hard Knox Team!

Do you put 1 piece of wood in the gas oven in the morning then 1 in the afternoon?? This is not wood oven pizza. No wood burn oven flavor at all.

Pizza was great, only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the first time we got takeout there it was incredible by the time we got it home and warmed it up. The second time we got takeout the crust was just not the same, very hard. Hoping to try again sometime and maybe see that we were just unlucky this last time.
