Amazing service. Christi was so on top of things. And very relatable. Truly listened to what I had to say and interacted. Not just the "yeah I know" type.... Will definitely be back and asking for her.

About all i can say is the tea was good. Service was blah and food was yuck

Definitely not worth the price. I ordered the baby shrimp. First of all I ordered a kids meal portion. I used to love coming here but now I just pass it and go elsewhere because the food is not the same as it used to be. Clearly new owners. Shrimp crust was still uncooked. (Could still see dough) The hush puppies were greasy and had tiny brown bugs in them. The tartar sauce is always left on the table. The baked potato wasn’t cooked thoroughly. I will never return until they get it together. They order cheap ingredients now which is not right for the price you pay.

Customer service is a thing of the past:( We reminded the waitress twice for our drinks. To which they were not brought. 🤔 So we drank our water. The 4 oysters that came with the fried seafood plate were more like 4 broken pieces. When we went to pay, I asked the waitress if she had wrote the drinks down and she said yes. She had NO answer as to why we never got them.

Always good food and large portions.

Firstly, I will say the food here is good. But the service has always been hit or miss with long wait times. But what’s MOST IMPORTANT- Customer Service. Today my mother in law was yelled at by one of their employees- an Asian lady- who got mad at her for asking if they sold pieces of fish separately. The lady told her to check the menu herself and hung up. My mother and law came up there and the employee still proceeded to be rude. If you can’t handle a job YOU chose, quit. Quite simple. Can’t recommend if the service doesn’t improve.

Family of two plenty of food for me and my husband. Love the garlic butter seasoning. Their crab dip appetizer is absolutely delicious
