Happy Valley Food City

Happy Valley is a good destination if you’re looking for Cantonese food. It’s a large restaurant and upon entering you’ll be asked if you want Dimsum or Hong Kong cafe style food. The wife and I opted for HK cafe food this time around. The menu consists of many of the usual suspects. You can get fried rice and fried noodle dishes along with mixed grill plates and baked rice/spaghetti. At lunch time most menu items will include a complimentary hot drink so you can have a full meal for under $20. The portions were also quite generous. We found the service friendly and the waitresses were attentive. We will come back and try their Dimsum some time which looked pretty good. Ray’s Tips: Lots of free parking available in attached lot. Cash and Credit accepted for payment Parking: Large parking lot and also some street parking

We had the king crab dinner and it was so good. Food was tasty and portions were good. Service was also good. Would recommend it

authentic Hong Kong style cafe, dim sum and cafe options, staple dishes did not disappoint the curry brisket was my fav!
