Found this place on accident while driving around shopping at a Grocery Outlet and saw this boba spot and wanted to try it out. Make sure you download the app if you want to build towards a free drink. I tried the Okinawa Roasted Milk tea and Strawberry Shortcake. Vegetarian options: If you want vegan, just the clear teas are your best bet. They have soy as an option again not a fan of soybean milk.

There's plenty of parking, the service is fast, and I have never had any issues with my drinks. Love it

On Google it says 10:30pm and I reached there exactly at 10:00pm and they told me they are closed
