I really wish I could give negative stars. We ordered lunch for the office from here today. When my coworker got there to pick up the food, the woman working was extremely rude. When we got back to the office, we realized there was an order missing. My coworker called to see if we could send someone to pick it up. It was a minute long conversation, where the same woman said they check cctv and they know it was in the box. I could hear her yelling at my coworker through the phone. The food itself is not very good either. This is the DRYEST general tsos I've ever had. Will not be back.

RUN! dirty place. Hateful lady when i picked up the order, couldnt even ask for sauce since the lady threw the box at me and walked away. Spent over $100 and food was missing. when i called to ask about my missing food, they called me a liar. Said they checked their CCTV and that the whole order was there. But that would be impossible as i hadn't told them who i was yet, as this was a phone conversation. When i pushed back the person on the phone also began yelling at me. BTW what part of the order we did receive was mediocre at best!!! waste of time and money.

Very good food goos service very clean place

Don't judge a book by it's cover...or a restaurant by it's outward appearance. This DEFINITELY applies to Happy Garden. I've been going here for a couple of years now and getting take out. Today was the first time I ate the buffet and it was at the restaurant. Everything was fresh and constantly monitored to make this happen. Quite possibly the best unknown Chinese buffet in Knoxville. I was extra happy to see that it was quite busy at lunchtime. The food was amazing and the people who work there were extremely nice and friendly. The atmosphere was incredible. Many different languages being spoken at once. I highly recommend this little hidden Oriental gem

8.50 for a small to- go box that you fill up with what you can. This was my first time there. It's a hole in the wall, but was decent. Pros....inexpensive, had different items than my normal take-out place, which was refreshing, some foods had some kick!. Cons...food items not labeled on bar, some foods were extremely salty, you walk out with your to go box without a bag, plasticware or fortune cookie, some things on the bar were overcooked, I think they were behind plexiglass so not really personable. Food was decent tho and as long as it'd clean when I return, will will do it again
