Me and my friend got Happy family N with extra spicy cajun, 2 plain cajun noodle, extra corn, eggs and side of a drink. The meal was 10/10 the spicy was 10/10 not too spicy just right and yep we got extra spicy. The boil had plenty of sauce that came with it, so that made it extra delicious. I’ll be coming back again. And for those wondering me and my friend shared that boil and we couldn’t even finish it all, we had to get a to go back for later when we are home! definitely recommend
I've eaten here 20,000 times so I'm biased, but the food is SO GOOD and also affordable. The boil bags are their specialty--I eat these to reward myself for making it through a hard day. Don't skim on the shrimp--I know the crab gets all the attention but they know how to cook their shrimp here. Plenty of other options for when I need a quick bite: the fish po boys are *chef's kiss*, and the clam chowder comes in a little bathtub which is adorable. The fried calamari and oyster are other notable mentions. Honestly, I hope Happy Crab stays here till the end of time--really thankful for their presence in the neighborhood.
Avoid at all costs. A picture speaks by itself… so I’m attaching a photo of the $28 (!) lobster roll. Two bites of lobster meat. Make your own conclusions.
We eat here as often as we can! Always delicious and accommodating for gf.
The food and service were outstanding! The drinks OMGGGGG!!! I’ll definitely be bank!
Seafood is fresh and delicious! The staff is very friendly!
Great food and great service and this little local family-owned joint! Portions are good, and the flavor is well done for the sauces on everything. The staff were friendly and ready to answer any questions that you had. This is a nice local spot.
Amazing food and even better service. Truly felt like the family business that it is. We got the boiled seafood with lobster tails, crawfish, and mussels. Love that you can choose the sauce (we did Cajun Spicy). We went as a family with our two kids (4 and 6), and there were plenty of kid-friendly options. We got gyoza, edamame, french fries, and all shared a fried ice cream. The owner's 5-year old daughter was at the restaurant, and she invited our kids to draw which was so sweet and incredibly fun for the kids. We will definitely be back.
