This used to be an adequate buffet. Not anymore. They have FAILED to bring the buffet back. Sooooo, we take our busines to Chow Thyme.

It's easy to drive by Happy China on Mobile Highway without knowing that it exists since its tucked further back. The exterior can reveal that it could use some TLC as much as its interior, but the owners and staff try to keep it together by providing straightforward service with a friendly attitude. The food is mediocre to say the least. One day it might exceed my expectations and others its sub-par. Often times there is flavor to make up for the strange textured beef that was tough and fatty. Sometimes there's barely any sauce. Other times, their chicken is alright, not the best but it passes with whatever spiced flavor you get out of it. Parking: Expect slanted/ angled parking spaces, one entrance and exit.
