Happy Chef is a good spot to get some great food! I used to come here on my lunch breaks from Mills Pen. Quick, good food and price.

You always hear that the small hole in the wall restaurants are the best, well this is one of them! Excellent, excellent food, good lunch specials and the employees are friendly and efficient. Only downside is they need more room but great for takeout and lunches!

I myself think the food is good. It is better than most other Chinese restaurants in the area. I always thought they had more potential if they could open a full fledged restaurant.
