Happy Chang Thai Restaurant

This restaurant is under new management effective the last week or two (about April 1, 2023) and it has now turned to GARBAGE. Happy Chang no longer offers the vegetable/cashew meal... it is Gone. Also, in GrubHub there is no longer a button to select the spice level. The level of spice must be described in comments and hope that you get the spice level right. The disappointments described above are just the beginning..... Read On..... Instead of a plastic container with a lid that seals, this was delivered in a small syrofoam container with a small foil insert to "try" to contain the sauce. Honestly, I've never seen anything so ridiculous! The amount served in the container is a small fraction of what was served under previous ownership.... and MUCH LESS than the serving size from another Thai restaurant that I patronize. Under previous ownership, after receiving my order, I used to transfer meals to a large bowl, but this entire meal fit into a SMALL bowl. I just finished the meal and am far from satisified. I will have to find something else to eat because the portion size was so tiny. Happy Chang should be ashamed of themselves for delivering such a small portion size. Because of the ridiculous packaging with a foil insert, I can see why there was very little sauce because with this open packaging, very little sauce can be included without it all leaking out. There was so little sauce that I ate most of the meal totally DRY !!!! I'm here to tell you that a frozen heat and serve Asian meal from Walmart gives me a better meal !!! I cannot understand why any restaurant would deliver such a pathetic product. No customer will order from this restaurant more than ONCE. I will never order from Happy Chang again. These meals are a terrible value and a terrible experience. The original owners of Happy Chang clearly didn't have a clue, but then new owners took over about a year ago. When the 2nd owners took over I was ecstatic when I saw what wonderful meals served and offered a good value. All that has changed with the new (3rd) owners now operating Happy Chang. Now, this third itineration of Happy Chang is far worse than the original Happy Chang on their worst day. This is very disappointing and very sad. Needless to say, I will never be ordering from Happy Chang again. Before forewarned.... This is a terrible restaurant and you will be very sorry if you order from them.

Gluten free, chicken pad, Thai by far the best I’ve ever had! They also custom made it for me, as there are certain things I cannot have, and added carrots to it, the flavor was phenomenal. I will be a regular client. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, no nuts, no scallions, no bean sprouts.

While the food is very good, unfortunately the delivery service is not. I ordered lunch today off of their website. I ordered off of the lunch special which was supposed to include spring rolls and soup. Even ordered an appetizer to fulfill the minimum for delivery. Delivery driver was 20 min late, and I mentioned that the order was missing stuff. She suggested that I contact the restaurant. I called the owner and explained that I ordered the lunch special and did not get the spring rolls nor the soup. He told me that those only come in with "dine in". I explained to him that his website does not state that and he simply responded that he needed to fix it. After paying for the meal and a $5.99 delivery fee, and $1.50 convenience fee, plus a tip for the delivery person that maybe as an owner you should stick to what your website says. Seems as though the food industry continues to raise fees, and add extra costs to everything, but they don't want to elevate their service. Pay extra for the same service and then when we make a mistake you should pay for that too. It's unfortunate because the food is quite good. So after paying $25 + $5 tip for lunch and food that I didn't get I don't think I'll be going back.

Under new owner, former owner of Lanna Thai in Palm Beach. Absolutely the BEST red curry I’ve ever had only to be outdone by the absolute best Pad Thai I have ever tasted. You will not be disappointed!

I just had lunch with my mom here. The food was delicious. I ordered shrimp with garlic sauce, and my mom had pad se ew. If you are looking for a healthy and financially reasonable lunch option, look no further. Lunch came with soup and a spring roll. I will be back again soon!

The food is uh-mazing! So much flavor paired with perfect textures. The crispy duck and spring rolls had the perfect *crisp* on the outside but so juicy on the inside. Muah! Parking: Parking lot directly within the plaza
