Great food. Friendly staff. Would have been a 5 but they allowed a dog inside that sat next to our table, not a service dog.

Disappointing night, especially after dining here for years. Waiter was non-existent throughout the evening. Asked the busboy for bread which never came. To top the poor service off, food not so good. To pay that price for Wagyu steak that wasn't that good was super disappointing. Lobster the size of my index finger was embarrassing. I could see it on the "hot plate" waiter's face. Truly awful experience. Worst I've had at Hank's. Not sure what's happened or why that once great service and food has changed. Truly disappointing experience.

Atmospher was nice in private dining room, but very noisy in main dining room. Food was excellent and we had great service.

If someone from hanks could respond and explain why the bartenders are allowed to reserve bar seats for their friends and regulars. Every time we come in all bar seats and taken and sometimes they sit empty for a while. We come for dinner every couple of months...How can I reserve a bar seat?

Female bartender with the long black hair and masculine face was disrespectful. She had it out for me from the moment I sat down. She told me if I didn't like the service I could leave when I asked why all other patrons at the almost full bar had water and I didn't. I also noticed I walked in and sat down before a man who was not of color and he got a menu and service before I did. None of the bartenders were hospitable but the female with the masculine face was by far the worst. You'll see other reviews complain about the bartenders also. Once she told me to leave I spoke with a manager and then moved to the dining room instead of the bar. Scott saved the day and everything was awesome after that. If you come I would avoid the bartenders. Negative stars for the bar experience but 5 stars all the way for the dining room service and food.
