excellent customer service, the place was very clean. the loaded fries became one of my favorite meals.

1st time visiting this location, and I ordered a Korean chicken nugget with spicy soy sauce, but as you can see, barely any sauce on the chicken. Also, some pieces were burnt as well.

Lowered to the one star. Those guys always forget the side items such as Slaw even Waffle Fries. No idea what's wrong with them. Manager/Owner hopefully read this comment.

Update: 2nd time ordering. Missed the drinks again and this time with Cold+soggy food. It maybe good eating in here, but delivery experience is just sad. Improve it or don't offer delivery at all if you can't do it correctly. Tried via Uber Eats for the first time, ordered a Sando combo. Food was okay, even though it's gotten cold little bit during delivery. Store and/or driver missed the drinks, that's big issue. Fortunately, Uber gave me money back for the trouble. This problem is obviously because sodas are only via store fountain and they forget. If management is reading the reviews, consider having bottled/canned sodas for delivery order already put in the bag to improve the experience.

Food is great, as it is in any location, but the staff and experience of dining in isn't. The staff are rowdy teenagers, the music is really loud, and occasionally, the kitchen has a very annoying, loud beeping. I'm sure the beeping is out of their control, but it really make the dine-in experience miserable.

The cook staff was letting out yell, really loud, so annoying, I warned the cashier to tell them be quiet but they kept screaming and singing loud while we are eating. The fried chicken was not good as before, obviously bad management and amateur cookers are in charge now. Disappointed. Hope they fix it.
