2 trips in the last 2 weeks and was not able to get what I ordered, the first time they were out of bananas and then the second time they could not make milkshakes because they were out milk. Very disappointing

Although the ice cream was ok, the customer service was lacking. The male employee was rude and ignored me yet attended two other customers.

About 8 people waiting on line for ice cream only to be told that they are closing at 9pm. Sign states that they are open til 10. Poor customer service.
