This place has the most amazing ice cream!!! The portions are huge and packed with flavor. I had a scoop of banana cream pie, and it was sooo good!!! It was mind-blowing! It was ice cream, but the flavor was so on point that you would think you were eating a slice of banana cream pie. It had the banana flavor, cream flavor, and the graham cracker pie crust. The ice cream is creamy and delicious . I can't wait to go back for more.

Good ice cream but the fact that they don’t do samples is ridiculous! They have so many flavors and should at least allow one per customer.

We have been driving 20 miles each way to go to Handels for the last few years. That is a long way and we pass many other options. The place is clean, the employees do a great job and they offer a large variety to choose from. Lately however it is a shame they are cutting the ingrediants that make their product so tasty. We are creatures of habit! Double scoop of Butter Pecan for the wife, double scoop of Cherry Vanilla for me. The last few months we have had very few cherries, very few pecans. Last night there were two cherry skins in my double scoop. My wife said if she put the chunks of nuts together it would only make 1 pecan for two scoops of ice cream. I know businesses have had to raise prices, reduce portions and make adjustments where ever possible but this is not the place to cut. I can get this generic scoop anywhere along the 20 mile drive and save time and money. If they ever open store in Henderson I will try them again but I am done driving 20 miles for this poor quality.

Ice cream so delicious and addictive as if it had crack in it. Walk up window service ONLY. Lots of flavors! Try the chocolate and peanut butter shake. Just go already!

The ice cream was amazing. It tasted very fresh and the flavor was amazing. I ate it outside. The servers were fine. Parking: Parking is a little tight. This is a very busy strip mall.

Drove across town to try this. Waited in line, asked for frozen yogurt as all the signage and marketing suggests, and was told they don't sell it at this location. Please remove the word yogurt from your sign if you don't sell it. What a waste of time.
