I rarely do reviews but when I do its 100 legit. The best sisig, dinuguan and Halo Halo. Dont compare to food place that gives you big servings, they tend to sacrifice quality over quantity.
Small, quaint, and delicious hidden gem. Worth stopping by if you're in the area!
Went for the first time the other day & ordered the Tokwa’t Baboy. The meat was hard and disappearing
Halo Halo Cafe reminds me very much of a home cooked meal. Comfort Food 101. We ordered Pancit Palabok which is what they are best known for. Crispy Pata with a side of garlic rice. Fresh lumpia. Lechon Kawali. Without self control... You could really get carried away and order more! They cook the food as you order. Nothing precooked. Employees are very pleasant. A very good experience! Great place for a casual sit down or takeout. Go give their food a try if you haven't. You'll wonder why you waited so long. GO SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES!!
I'm contemplating on checking out Halo after I leave the bar&grill that is next door. Unfortunately, its after 8pm and Halo is closed. Do they not get business from the ppl leaving the bar&grill?? It seems counterintuitive not to have Halo stay open later hours for all these potential customers leaving this bar&grill.
