Half Shell Raw Bar

We do "cook your catch" dinner at Half Shell Raw Bar every week from November to April for several reasons. The fish, prepared 3 ways, is always just delicious and served with sides our group really like. Our main reason for selecting Half Shell, though, is the fantastic service we have on every single visit. Jenna is extremely efficient and personable, serving us with a big smile of welcome. She brings our drinks before we even order and checks our table frequently to see if anyone wants something else. She truly takes care of her customers and enjoys her work. Eddie in the kitchen completes our dinners by preparing our fish, consistently the most delicious grilled, blackened and fried. We enthusiastically recommend Half Shell Raw Bar for a truly wonderful Key West dining experience!

We ate our St. Patrick's Day dinner at the Half Shell Raw Bar. It's a favorite restaurant of ours over the past four decades. While the food & the atmosphere have consistently been great, on this occasion the service was outstanding! Despite being exceptionally busy, our server, Aida, made us feel like we were her only customers. She was accurate and quick with our orders and always had a big smile. She made our St. Patrick's Day very special & Memorable. Thank you, Aida!

Our waitress Angela was great!! The happy hour selections we very good. Angela gave us advice on best selections and service was fast, excellent and food was tasty.

What an amazing time we had. The retail lady Aaliyah was so funny and kind and made sure to help us get what we needed.

Food was horrible don’t bring your dog or service dog you won’t have time to get adjusted before the nasty lady starts yelling put your dog on the floor rude nasty would never eat there or recommend. Way over priced shrimp came out cool had funny taste 23.99 for horrible hard shrimp
