Wanted to order a milkshake at 6:45 and the male employee with the tattoos on his hands told me that we dont make milkshakes after 6:30, but just made one for the customer in front of me that ordered 1 minute before me. I asked him the reason why he made it for him and not me and he had no answer. The short hispanic girl that worked there laughed while we asked. Very rude! Very disappointed! SELECTED SERVICE HERE! PLEASE DO NOT VISIT. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

How are you matter of factly going to run out of Med cups, and have a too bad so sad attitude? Smh!

Customer service was beyond bed. As one review below stated from not long ago it took over 20 min to get 1 scoop for a toddler. I had a feeling that the lady serving ice cream was passive aggressive about it, the person before us ordered something that was running out and the server took about 5-7min to very slowly scrape the bucket from the ice cream, I swear you not it wasn’t even 1/10 scoop she got out but made people wait. I felt like she was trying to discourage people from being in line, a person or two behind us left the line. I even tried to convince our kid to opt for a cupcake from a nearby stand instead but he loves ice cream too much.

Customer service wasn't good. The ice cream taste was okay but I had high expectations since it is the Häagen-Dazs and I have tried so many times before from other locations and this one didn't meet my expectations.

The customer service here is horrible!! A little over 30 minutes before the mall closed, they said they couldn't make shakes because they were out of ice cream and we were literally already looking and choosing what ice cream flavor to get... So clearly they just didn't want to make anything. And they had an attitude the whole time while saying it. Won't be coming here again- waste of space in outlet mall.

30 minutes before close, they wouldn’t make a shake because they said it would create too many dirty dishes. Not wanting to serve the customer because it creates more work for them… not good.
