Hoy 22 de julio fui a comprar un coffe mocha y la señora que me atendió me dio un coffe que era puro hielo y agua y casi no sabía a café siempre compro el mismo café ahí así que no entiendo que pasó hoy de verdad que no me gusto para nada deberían de estar pendiente de cómo hacen los coffe

Excellent and awesome staff and delicious ice cream

Treated very unprofessional and rude attitude from a girl working there with black curly hair. She should not work with the public at all. Rosy came to help us after and was very kind unlike the other girl. Thanks Rosy :)

The ice cream is delicious of course because it’s Häagen-Dazs. But they can’t get a Postmates order correct to save their lives! It’s happened so many times and this is the only location that delivers to us so it’s extremely unfortunate and we only order instead of picking up when we absolutely don’t have another choice. Today they completely ignored our notes to keep whipped cream off of our shakes please and they packed our “hand packed pints of ice cream“ in plastic shake cups … The ones with the hole on top. How are we supposed to freeze the ice cream in that? To overpay for ice cream and splurge like this and then have this many mistakes in our order is beyond comprehension. $12 per pint to have them come in a shake up… absurd! And you can’t even get through by calling to see if you can get an exclamation that would prompt you to offer up some grace or understanding. If you don’t have the right containers this should not be offered on the menu via Postmates on that day.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The ice cream is great but the workers have no customer skills. I was there today and the lady at the counter asked if we wanted a regular cup or a small. I said regular and she fills a small cup. After I correct her she tells her coworker how she now has to move the ice cream to a bigger cup as if it was that big of a task. After that I got really bothered by that so when it was time to pay I went to put no tip and the machine put 4 dollars of tip. I then tell her that I made a mistake and she waits until the last minute to tell me that I have to press the red button. Obviously it processed and then she tells me that she doesn’t know how to give a refund. That was an obvious lie because if you don’t even know how to give a refund why are you working there? She also told me that it was my fault that I made the mistake even though the machine would not work when I tapped what was supposed to be the correct option. Then another lady working there starts practically yelling at me telling me to take out my card even though I had already taken it out and it was in my hand. That place is very disorganized. You have 5 people taking a bunch of orders at the same time and having that many people is going to cause a lot of mistakes/problems. I didn’t catch anyones names but everybody there was rude and unprofessional. I have been here many time before and have never had such a terrible experience. I’m never going back again. If you want some Hagen daz ice cream, buy it at the store. This place is just a bunch of rude people who have no idea how to run the shop selling you overpriced ice cream. They should honestly just close the place or find people who will do their job correctly.
