Although the shop was crowded, I witnessed that the service staff worked very enthusiastically and loved their job. It is a brand I prefer for ice cream. However, yesterday I preferred a different product.

Watch your order and what they try charge you. The attendants speak poor english, and may try gaslight you into serving size change and making it an extra cone / same price. The scam is they pocket the difference

Great place and staff and for those of you complaining about price...been around different ice cream places and I've paid more for same amount, so in general anything at the beach is pricy.If it's too much ,then don't buy.simple.This location was also clean,so people must have locations confused.The one I went to is next to pizza place.

I went with my best friend for buy some ice cream. We was there at 22:45 , the girl already closed the store so we couldn’t buy. We’re Miami local people so we understand everyone wants to go home early but 15 minutes before the hour that supposed to close ? Is not like you have a kitchen and you know everything is gonna take longer .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!! Extremely unsanitary, everything is filthy. The staff seemed to be in a bad mood. The last time I went there was a new trainee and I saw him make the most messy milkshake and used his BARE HANDS to wipe the lid. I got HORRIBLY SICK after eating there and took days for my stomach to resettle. Their bathroom has been “out of service for months” and everything is SO FILTHY. Stay away.
