When we asked why our fajitas were cold and not sizzling, the manager told us they no longer serve them that way because they are too messy. The table next to us had sizzling fajitas. Our server was very gracious and she deserves much more than the team she works with

The servers were good and nice but the food was too plain

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was 10 years old, many times a year. After my experience last night, I will not be returning. Our waiter Jonathon was the rudest server I have ever had. He clearly hates his job. Our first drinks took over 30 minutes to get, he asked us to order our food twice before our drinks even came out. My girlfriend ordered a Sav Blanc and was given red wine, which was fine, when she went to order another glass, he said “well we actually don’t have Sav Blanc so what do you want?” Her enchiladas came out and had obviously been under a heat lamp for a long time. It took over an hour for us to get our second round of drinks. When he forgot my mother’s margarita, he brought it back and SLAMMED it on the table to the point where some of the liquid came out of the glass. The entire meal ended up taking over two hours, which I wouldn’t have minded if the service was even subpar. It was an embarrassment. I spoke with the manager after who was great, and probably checked in on us more than our server. He then told me that this is one of the trainers! I hope this review is seen by a member of management that can affect change. As a retail manager for over 10 years, I know the power that one poor employee has on a business.

I had to wait so long for my order that I filled up on tortillas chips and salsa before it got here. When my food did arrive not only was the rice cold but my crispy tacos were so soggy they fell apart when I tried to pick them up. Not coming back here ever again. I would much rather go to an actual authentic Mexican restaurant like El Fogon or Tapatio.

We’ve been coming here for fifteen years but it’s really gone downhill. Tonight was our the last visit. The homemade tortillas have always been very good. We ordered fajitas tonight and the tortillas were clearly store bought flavorless tortillas. The waiter said they were still homemade and then charged us for corn tortillas. I imagine they just ran out and if they had admitted that it would be OK.

Not really worth it. after waiting for 45mins, our food came out 45min later.. tacos were soggy to the point of barely being able to pick up! They tore immediately and the rice tasted identical to taco bells. My stomach isn't sitting well either. Bubble guts. Our server was very friendly & attentive though!

Things have definitely changed here for the worse. The salsa lacks any heat or real flavor, fajitas came out, not even sizzling, and they were gracious enough to give us 3 tortillas for fajitas for 2.... I'm sure we would have asked for someone to solve the issue, but it was hard enough to get a drink refill, and we were sitting at the bar. For the money, i would have rather not gone here at all, which is sad, the food used to be amazing, the service was top notch. But clearly all the sales and ownership changes have not benefitted the actual important part

Literally the worst “Mexican food” (if you can even call it that) I have ever had. My son and I went on a Friday evening. We waited 40 minutes to be seated, which was fine because it was a busy time. While being seated, I noticed there were numerous empty tables so I’m a little confused as to why it took so long. The waiter advised us that the salsa was “spicy” - It was the equivalent of mild picante sauce. My son ordered queso which didn’t arrive until our food came, 30 minutes later. I ordered the street style tacos and my son ordered quesadillas. I am not joking when I say the tacos had so much half melted cheese that it tasted like macaroni with steak in it. I took one bite and couldn’t stomach any more of it. My son ate one slice of his quesadilla and pushed it to the side. Our check for two people was $60. The waiter didn’t bother to ask if it could be made right in any way. Awful service and terrible food! I would highly suggest going anywhere else but here!
