Hacienda Buffet Fort Worth

There was no way I could give it any other stars but 1 because we never ate there, The wait was almost 2 hours so we left. Wasn't my idea to eat there. I can care less for buffet food. I'm not going to eat 30+ Something dollars worth of buffet food. I can say that they're outside garden was cute. But as far as the customer service and the greeting I give that a 3 at best.

First time there, it was great, food was hot, tortillas homemade and hot to order, beautiful bar outside, seating outside has great views, was definitely worth the money

Everything was top tier and yummy will definitely be back love the environment even though it was packed because it was on a Sunday we got sitted outdoors and it was still amazing.

Food was cold, shrimp cocktail just tasted like it was thrown into tomato sauce no seasoning. Flour tortillas were warm but hard. The grilled carne asada no flavor very hard to chew it was more like jerky.Sausage was ok but they were very skimpy with it. Only 2 one inch pieces. No enchiladas?? No mole... really. . I think they put out too much food and it gets cold too quickly. Just had to try it but I won't be back again. It was a waste of money.

Muy rica la comida y ambiente

This gem is hidden in a neighborhood behind commercial areas, so a little hidden. All the staff were polite and helpful. The food was decent. They had a great variety. We have decided we will need to go back a few times just to try everything. They had breakfast foods as well as rest of the day foods, which was perfect for the day. It was a little pricier than expected but for the variety of items and staff, not unreasonable. The inside seemed a little cramped and loud. We sat outside. It was very pleasant with nice scenery/landscaping.
