1 star for the rude staff who made me pay twice. I paid once and he insisted I didn’t, I even pulled up my bank account to show him I was charged he said on his end it wasn’t showing- I even called the bank and put them on speaker, they confirmed the charge went through. Anyways he was still saying I did not pay. He was so rude, full of attitude and ignorant. I had to pay again. I tried for two weeks to reach a manager. When I finally reached her after many many attempts (I had to go in person and the staff had to call her) she was very nice and apologetic and told me to just get the same item again, however they were out of the ice cream flavor at that moment.
