Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop

I went yesterday at 2:30pm and the service was excellent! The woman was very patient because I was undecided when it came to choosing a flavor for a shake , so she offered me samples of some flavors and in the end she recommended that I choose the Cookies and cream shake which is very famous there, very good costumer service!

Women did not get off the phone once while helping and was rude. This happend at 1/17/2024 at 3 pm. She has other people leave because she was on the phone and ignored people. Very horrible customer service, will never go back while she is working.

I was very impressed. This has to be the cleanest food court business I've seen. The staff was very friendly, and my shake was amazing. It will be my 1st stop when entering the mall.

This place its very clean, the ice creams taste delicious and the customer service it's always super nice I was there today and the employee Julio was super nice and gave us a few examples to taste and also he makes an excellent capuchino I recommend it 100%.
